ANDREA’S STORY:

When I first started I was going to a chiropractor 3 times a week, I could hardly bend over and in a ton of pain. After working with Brian, I stopped having to go to the chiropractor, gained a ton of core strength and gained better flexibility as well as losing pain.

Once I added the Strength Training to the yoga Brian teaches it propelled my efforts and I have gone from infirm to working a very physical job on boats where the men on the crew are impressed with my abilities.

Stacy’s Story
