30 Minutes, 1-2 times a week= New Body

This is what will happen in 12 weeks when you do 1-2 sessions per week.

  • Weeks 1-4: Learning the movements. Building your foundation. You'll feel stronger.

  • Weeks 5-8: Your body's changing. Leaner. More defined. Yoga feels easier.

  • Weeks 9-12: This is your new body. Stronger, more stable, more capable.

Available Lift Schedule – Sessions are semi-privates 4 per Session 🏋️‍♂️
